TIPS TO STOP WRINKLES FROM FORMING

We all want to be young forever. Yes, by following these daily best practices, we can easily avoid the formation of wrinkles. You can easily implement them immediately, and they are mostly free or inexpensive.

TIPS TO STOP WRINKLES

Remember the Daily 2s

  1. 2 liters of water a day is the absolute minimum you must drink to keep you not only well hydrated but also with supple, plump skin, especially on the face, which reduces the appearance of wrinkles.
  2. 2 portions of good bacteria and collagen

Here is the full list of good bacteria for you to choose two a day from:

  • Kimchi
  • Kefir
  • Miso (a paste made of fermented soybeans, often found in soup)
  • Sauerkraut (finely chopped fermented cabbage)
  • Sourdough (bread that is far easier to digest and is made from fermented dough)
  • Kombucha (fermented tea)
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Almonds
  • Bananas
  • Garlic (a powerful wrinkle-killer)
  • Ginger

List of Collagen:

  • Beef
  • Chicken
  • Fish
  • Beans or legumes
  • Eggs
  • Dairy products

Vitamin C:

  • Raw or steamed leafy greens
  • Citrus fruits
  • Red and green peppers
  • Steamed, raw, or baked broccoli

3. 2 applications of SPF 30

  • Quality moisturizer
  • Mineral-dense SPF 30
  • Vitamin E

4. 2 minute face cleanse

Removing make-up, washing the face well, and applying creams to prevent the effects of pressure memory while at the same time stimulating the dermis and supporting collagen and elastin regeneration.

5. Off 2 Sleep/Beauty Sleep (sleep hygiene and sleep quality)

  • Don’t eat high-calorie meals before bedtime; chocolate contains caffeine.
  • Cut out tea or coffee at least 2–3 hours prior to bed.
  • Avoid heavy exercise in the evening.
  • Exposure to natural light will help regulate your internal body clock.
  • Turn off phones, laptops, etc. one hour before sleep. Mental stimulation will prevent you from entering restorative sleep.
